FWIW - There was a Morse Code Signal 'on-frequency'
in the background*. Tune-off 1 kHz on either side and it
was gone.
* Strangely during this same time when tuning the
AFN Frequencies for : Guam, Hawaii, Key West
and Diego Garcia; I could hear the same very weak
Morse Code Signal on AFN Diego Garcia 4319 kHz
with some audio artifacts; and the same very faint
Morse Code Signal on AFN Diego Garcia 12,759
kHz with no audio artifacts. The other AFN Radio
Frequencies did not exhibit this Morse Code Signal.
