2009 Shogidojo Masters' Tournament

Shogidojo has been registering the participants for the coming
Masters' Tournament until December 25 12 p.m. JST.

In 2007 Tournament two non-Japanese players did very well. Yury
Shpilev from Russia won a Knight Title and sjtuRukawa(current
Brainking Top player) from Shanghai, China finished 3rd at 2-dan
league.

To participate you need to meet follwing requirements.
1: Finished 200 or more rating games at shogidojo
2: ID with the highest record rating.
3: To have the will to finish every game as much as possible.
4: You need to have the definite record rating by the deadline of entry
(December 25 12 p.m. JST).

Participants are classified according to the highest rating within one
year before the torunament. And the league has 15-player league and 60-
player league which the applicants choose when they sign in for the
tournament.

First elimination rounds starts from January 2 to February 8 every
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 p.m JST to 12 P.m JST. When you
enter Osaka Dojo and register, click Meijinsen tab and the names of
other participants online in the Meijinsen room show up and you pick
up opponent available and challenge or await challenge.

Top half of the players will go to the final rounds on the leagues
made up of 30 players. Final rounds starts from February 20 to March
29 every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 p.m to 12 p.m JST.
Top 15 players will be awarded for titles.
