Mechacon Open Shogi Tournament

Hi everyone,

The Mechacon Open Shogi Tournament will take place on August 27 in New
Orleans, LA. It will be at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel on
Two Poydras Street, and is hosted by the Louisiana Shogi Club. It
starts at 7:00 pm.

The tournament is only open to attendees of the Mechacon anime
convention. Information can be found here: http://www.mechacon.com

If you would like to attend the tournament but do not want to pay the
attendance fee for the convention, volunteering is a great way to help
out. We are open to volunteers in the Go & Shogi Room who can teach
and play both games. You can get in for free just for playing shogi
with us!

So if you're going to be in New Orleans that weekend, be sure to check
