Christmas shogi tournament for the Cup of General Consul of Japan in Saint Petersburg, Russia

Dear shogi fans,

We would like to welcome you in Saint Petersburg at the second shogi tournament for the Cup of the General Consul of Japan (and it's  7th annual Christmas tournament already!), on January 7-8, 2012 in St. Petersburg.

Location: The embankment of Obvodny channel,143 (200 meters to the north and west of the metro "Frunzenskaya"), 4th floor. Map: http://g.co/maps/ad7vr

Schedule: Swiss system, 7 rounds, 45 '+ 30 "

No tournament fees, but you can bring some sweets or drinks for "the shared table".

Pre-registration is optional, but desirable (in order to estimate approximately the number of sets and clocks required). To register, simply e-mail me your name, rank and city.
