debian下如何查看内存相关信息

我想看看机房的几台服务器，插了几条内存，频率等参数。

还想看看共有几个内存插槽，要不就得跑趟机房了。

dmidecode很强大，内存序列号，频率，插槽，该有的都有了。

下面要考虑32位的debian系统如何支持更大内存的问题了。

如果内存控制器是ECC的，那内存也应该插的是ECC的。

最好是选择同样品牌的，但在实际应用时，用不同品牌的内存一般也不会有什么问题。
