JD-Senior Application Support Analyst (Web & Workflow)

                                                                      Report to: Application Manager

Job Purpose:

²  Responsible for providing developing, coordination, and technical support to application systems. Maintain a secure and robust application environment and practical developing environment. May give technical training to system users. Help business and applications to comply with internal audit guidelines and improving requirements.

 

Key Accountabilities:

²  Provide developing, coordination, and technical support to enterprise web/workflow application systems

²  Prepare technical requirement and criteria based on business requirement, process and enterprise architecture

²  Responsible for solution integration testing according to defined criteria

²  Responsible for maintain and updating application technical documentation both project and operation

²  Maintain a secure and robust application environment and practical developing environment

²  Provide support to application system training, enhancement, and process change

²  Provide support to internal and external solutions implementation and delivery

²  Help business and applications to comply with internal audit guidelines

 

Job-Holder Entry Requirements:

²  Education:

Ø  College Degree in Computer Science or IT related

²  Experience & knowledge:

Ø  3+ years .Net developing experience

Ø  2+ year application designing, database designing

Ø  Proficient SQL2005, Visual Studio, SharePoint developing experience

Ø  System testing skills and trouble shooting skills required

Ø  BO or Cognos developing experience preferred

²  Core competencies:

Ø  Knowledge of major programming languages, system tools, database, and design pattern

Ø  Reasonable skills in databases (SQL/Oracle), development/web service tools (C#, ASP.net and Java based)

Ø  System-level thinking and problem solving skill

Ø  Knowledge on finance, accounting, sales, manufacturing and distribution preferred

Ø  Good cooperate and communication skill

Ø  High self-study and troubleshooting capability

Ø  Understand the function and working process of different division of the company

Ø  Good command in English writing and speaking
