升级到Ubuntu12.10 后，屏幕只剩一个鼠标。

升级到Ubuntu12.10 后，屏幕只剩一个鼠标。网络都正常，连无线都能用。启动的时候，可以看到gnome 里那个小圆盘在转。

1） 在 kernel  启动参数写 “quiet splash nomodeset”,  无效。

2） 这是显卡信息

 lshw -C display

3） 这样做了，重启也不行。
apt-get --fix-missing install
apt-get -f update
apt-get -f install gdm gnome-shell gnome-tweak-tool gnome-session-fallback
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

4） 还有这样也不成。
apt-get remove  purge unity
apt-get install unity ubuntu-desktop

5） 这样也不行
killall Xorg.

执行过后，只是小圆盘重转了一会儿，然后屏幕还是只有一个鼠标指针。



论坛上高人多，解决了这个问题的出来说说呗。

有可能是窗口管理器冲突了。
是不是左上角有个小三角？
ubuntu默认是metacity / mutter，但如果你装了别的window manager，比如compiz，可能会冲突。
试着卸载额外的窗口管理器（compiz, openbox）看看有没有效果。

删掉了 compiz,  compiz-core , 但问题依旧。

屏幕上只剩一个鼠标的指针，没有任何其他的亮像素。

ln -s /run /var/run 这样也不成。

手工执行 gnome-session

刚才发现，其实X还是好的，能够从后台起一个xterm ，有框的。

原来是  xorg.conf 坏了，居然 release-upgrade 之后，没有这个文件了。

手工写一个就好了哦。
