Many old Sai Baba magazines are not available to
Sai Devotees we are making it an endeavour to bring out the experiences of Old
devotees to Sai faternity. An effort is
being made to expose current, new and coming age devotees to go thru
experiences of our previous generation. The following very old leelas/articles
have been uploaded on the site.
DHUNI MAYI AND SHIRDI SAI NATH
At Shirdi we find a very important and
conspicuous and Sai Baba and every devotee of Sai Baba swears by it. It is the
Dhuni Mayi and the Sacred Udi, it is situated just in front of Sai Baba's seat
in Dwarakamayi and it is one of the important area of Dwarakamayi. We cannot
imagine Dwarakamayi without the Dhuni.
At a glance we get a doubt why Sainath had
installed the Dhuni over there. Does Dhuni has any relevance in Shirdi Sai
Naths life and message and the answer is yes. there is
relevance. SAI BABA is
not just not the physical stature
He appears to be. He is
the personification of
tremendous Light, Power &
Wisdom. "Dhuni" which
as installed by SAI BABA and
which is eternally burning, represents
the light of Atmic excellence.

ANKITA DEVOTEE- Shri Vasantrao Laxmanrao Potdar.
Shri
Vasarntrao Laxmanrao Potdar was the President of the Annual Gathering of
Poets
and writers held at Shirdi during 27-28 January 1985. It was the usual
practice
of the then
Shirdi Sansthan to elect a President of the august gathering who had
actually
seen SHRI SAI in flesh and blood. Shri Vasantrao was very very fortunate as
a
boy to have actually seen SHRI SAI in blood & flesh. This was during
1911
when he accompanied his father Shri Laxmanrao Potdar,

instead of SAI SATCHARITA. HE
identified HIMSELF with SWAMI SAMARTH of AKKALKOTE a perfect DATTA AVATAR.
He gave darshans to
many devotees as Dattatreya. Many Sai Devotees consider Him as a Datta
Avatar.
One more leela of Sai wherein He identified Himself as Dattatreya post
Samadhi.
