Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

                                                         Need Local or Near By Consultant willing to go face to face

Requirement:

Job Expectations / Performance 

Perform and lead business analyst activities, such as requirement analysis, business process modeling, and the creation of use cases, business rules, glossaries, and system diagrams 

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 

Manages project requirements and deliverables 

Customer

Ability to quickly adjust individual approach and behavior in order to lead efforts that create a positive and productive organizational culture that align with company values 

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface between teams externally and internally 

Ability to apply active listening techniques, in order to understand what people say and detect what they might be hesitant to say.

Will be working with Asia Pacific office; schedule will be 10am-7pm PST

5 plus years of Business Analysis experience 

Demonstrated Leadership 

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team 

BA/BS 

Experience working with remote teams, hospitality industry and agile experience would be a plus.
