Welcome to the Sherefe site. We are currently a trio, usually Jesse Manno, Zahara and James Hoskins. Our illustrious past and guest members include Cameron Powers (founding member), Meg York, Beth Quist, Dave Willey, Paul Brown, Polly Ferber, Julie Lancaster, Timothy Quigley, Lila Sklar, and the Habibis: Kristina Sophia, Meagan Chandler, Marta Aarli, and Ariana Saraha.

We play traditional music from the Balkans, Turkey and the Middle East on a variety of instruments including oud, bouzouki, laouto, saz, cello, gadulka, zourna, mizmar, flute, doumbek (darabuka), tupan (davul), and we sing in Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Macedonian and Bulgarian. We play concerts, festivals, private parties and weddings in Colorado, Wyo, NM and wherever someone wants to fly us. To book us, please call James (303 939 8702) or Jesse (303 444 2026).
