Rec Path 
  Terry reports that Barry Mucci should be done with the Rec Path today at Lane Street. The path still needs to be rolled and the edges dressed up, but the gravel is down along the entire length to the boardwalk.

Pine Lake Graffiti 
  As most of you know, there are ongoing problems with graffiti at the pedestrian bridge for Pine Lake/the Rec Path. The latest rash seems to be the work of one or two people, and is much more extensive that in the past. It all says "TOA" and "ion" (over and over and over), with "neg" or "negative" (as in "negative ion"?) and "we taken over". Maybe just initials.... more »

Pond Access 
  Question for Ed: When the shoreline of one side of a pond is owned by one party but the pond is owned by another, does the first party have the right to fish in the pond from their shoreline? I would think the answer would be "yes" but I don't really know.
