Thanks for sending along the letter outlining the Conservation Commission’s position with respect to the proposed sale of 279 Soundview Avenue.
At the June 11, 2009 BOA meeting, the Board agreed to approve a license agreement between the City and the Maybeck family with respect to 279 Soundview Avenue. A copy of that Agreement is available from the BOA Clerk. The Mayor has been authorized to sign such Agreement.
Consequently, the Conservation Commission may want to consider this action and maybe even speaking with the Mayor prior to contacting the CT Farm-Link Program for their evaluation.
