Dear all,

The next SHDC will be at The Shop on Jesus Lane (like last time) on 27th Feb

We'll start at 7:30 this time, and I'd imagine we'll do pizza later on.

Everyone's welcome, and invited to bring something to nibble (the "newbies must bring cake" is a good one) just remember that The Shop has a no alcohol rule.

Looking forward to seeing many of you there.

Jonny

I may come with a friend and bring cake! I second the shame for the
no-alcohol rule.

Great! The more the merrier :)

If anyone works at a company that has space they want people to use in the evenings that would allow alcohol then speak up - we're not wedded to The Shop, but it is the best central, open, hackable-in space we've got... Simon, Cai and I visited the London Hackspace's 'open hack' thing recently and that was just in swanky co-located office space.

See you Saturday,

Jonny

It just occurred to me that I forgot to mention a few things about being at the Shop

- Could people please bring 4-way power boards, and if you've got one and are coming in a car, a long extension cables? Without these we might be forced to sit around the enges!

- There's a soundsystem but no CDs, etc, so if you have any form of portable music device, bringing that would be great.

Hope to see people there tonight,

Jonny

I can finally make this! Are cookies an acceptable form of cake?

Will bring some power extensions/splitters, as well as my Arduino project I want to start - wind turbine blade POV :-)
