SHDC#5 complete! Some great results, see

So that means it's time to plan the next one...
1) The dates.
Saturday 29th March, 5th April and 12th April look good candidates.
Check your diaries, and reply to this thread saying which ones look
good.
2) The format.
Leif's comment about pizza got me thinking. Starting at 2pm seems to
work well, but as the shreddies ad says, hunger strikes. And everyone
knows the best hacking needs to push on through to the early hours. So
what do people think about ordering in take away to get us through the
night? Or even better, if/when the weather is good I can fire up the
bbq and people can bring stuff to throw on it. mmmm.
I have to say i'm really looking forward to the summer when we can
setup outside again :D

Hi,
I joined SHDC today.
It seems a really interesting group and I am looking forward to
attending the next meeting. :-)
I have a simple on-line technical notebook: www.emilmont.net
I relocated from Italy in September 2007 to work as an embedded
software engineer here in Cambridge (CSR).
Unluckily, I planned long ago my first trip back to Italy between 29th
March to 6th April (mainly to take back my dog after a six months
vaccinations process).
So I will be able to participate only 12th April. :-(
Of course, I don't expect you to change your plans for an unknown.

It was a good session! I intend to spend this evening cutting open old
case fans and moulding myself a "foot" to clip into the bike-light
"shoe" I have on my handlebars using that rather cool Polymorph stuff
