merge bin folder of my fork

Please forgive me for this OT question about GIT but I can't get out of this trouble :(

I need to override the content of my bin folder

http://github.com/scott4dev/Sharp-Architecture/tree/master/bin/

with the new files located in

http://github.com/codai/Sharp-Architecture/tree/master/bin/

which command should I use ?
