Patch release 2.0.2

Hello,

Found a problem with the ILinqRepository which needed to be sorted out
imeediatley, and hence there has been a release to nuget.

If you run
update-package SharpArch.NHibernate
in the nuget package manager console, you should get the fix.

There is no change needed to the templify package, as we download the
latest version available on first build.
