Templify problem

After finishing templifying your project using SharpArch 1.9
I noticed there are some files not found in the resulting template
after templifying the project using Templify and the template of
SharpArch 1.9

The exception is catched in Application_Error method in global.asax
which says:

{"The controller for path '/Scripts/MicrosoftMvcJQueryValidation.js'
could not be found or it does not implement IController."}

Note:

The problem is found in SharpArch 1.6 Templify also
