Shareabouts Budget

I have the possibility of deploying a Shareabouts instance with some institutional support. Most likely I will set up the site and hand it over. I need to give them a realistic idea of ongoing maintenance costs. Does anyone have a feel for average personnel and server costs over a year? The site will have probably low thousands points.
