It's been maybe 20 years since we flew in the DG1000?

I only have access to an Experimental two seater so I can't help.

Since we are into colder temperatures, a trip to California or Airzona might be an idea.

Just a point of order  It's called  a Flight Review now.  The Biennial and Biannual terms were getting mixed up, so the FAA just went with FR.

This Feb. There is a FIRC where most of the local CFIG's will be.  Check the SSF site.  You don't have to be a CFIG to attend.  Lots of good ground review there.
