Looking for a 1200km to do this summer? Similar challenges? Ken
Bonner, who rode with us on our 300km and will be on our 400km as
well, sent this note to me. Pass this on to any other riders you think
might be interested.

We just completed updating the BC Randonneurs Cycling Club’s VanIsle
1200 webpages (including entry and route sheet). Go to:

If you feel so inclined, it would be appreciated if you would bring
this 1200k (RM approved brevet) to the attention of potentially
interested randonneurs.

I recommend that entries be submitted as soon as possible.

We also have several other challenging brevets on Vancouver Island:

Eau de Hell Week --- super randonneurs series in one week, starting

Diablo’s Triple 1000k -- http://www.randonneurs.bc.ca/diablos-triple-1000.html

Cost for EdH and Diablo’s Triple is BC Rando membership (C$20; plus
C$15 per brevet. Pins are free for each distance (and overall) for
successful completion. We like to know in advance who might be
participating in which brevets, but pre-registration is not a
requirement. There is NO support for the EdH and Diablo’s Triple
brevets. VanIsle 1200 has its own rate structure and minimal support.
None of these are for the weak of heart! J
