1) SFB: Fix the default hit types for the Heavy Kinetic Wave.
2) FC: Add Axion Torpedo
3) Core: Change "Create Bug Report" to "Send Feedback"
4) Core: Have "Send Feedback" send it directly to the website.
5) Core: Add option "Use Scroll Button To Zoom" which defaults to
true.
6) FC: Add cloaking cost default ship property.
7) FC: Add Summary list tool to the Ship Definition Tool
8) FC: Add Summary Selection to Ship Definition Tool
9) SFB: Add Summary Selection to Ship Definition Tool
10) SFB: Add Anti-Matter Cannon amd Microphaser-3 to fighter def tool
11) SFB: Move the Box Type Filter from a menu item to a toolbar
12) Core: Fix the selection group keys to work on the game board.
13) FC: Fix the launching of Plasma-D racks.
14) FC: Add Plasma-D to Weapon Charts.
15) SFBTourn: Change Maesron Tachyon Missle to be speed 22.
16) SFB: Fix problem with using filters and switch filters makes it so
that you no longer can use the definition tool
17) Core: Change the Login Dialog to simplify it's use.
18) SFB/FC: Fix problem with saying No to the legal move question
while turning using the Game Control Window or the keys
19) Core/SFB: Add Mark/Cloak to Game Piece
20) Core: Fix problem with clicking on a game piece and using the
keyboard to move the piece.
