Changes:

1) Core: Add support for decimal damage.
2) SFB: Add the number of moves this impulse for speeds greater than
32.
3) SFB: Add the number of probes to the General Expendable panel.
4) SFB: Add "Previous" columns to the Weapon Status tables.
5) Core: Fix problem with the wrong event being displayed when the
"Display" button is clicked.
6) Core: Add Zoom In/Out to the toolbar.
7) FC: Fix the Fed CA (Squadron)
8) FC: Add support for fighters.
9) FC: Change the name of the Federation DN to Federation DNG.
10) FC: Add the Weapon Charts for Hellbore, Fusions, Web Casters, Web
Breakers and Particle Cannons.
11) FC: Fix the problem with observers entering the room causing the
Main tab to become unusable.
12) FC: Add support for fighters.
(Note #1: Using the weapons of the fighters is not supported yet)
(Note #2: Trying to launch a fighter other "<Race Name> Fighter" does
not work)
