1) SFB: Change the Impulse Chart to draw the non-moving impulses in
gray.
2) FC: Fix the spelling of Axion Torpedo.
3) Core: Change the zoom direction of the scroll wheel
4) Core: Fixed the problem with turning off using the scroll wheel for
zooming
5) Core: Change the zooming so that it is focused on the current mouse
position
6) Core: Add details to Event Log.
7) SFB: Add Summary of actions.
8) SFB: Fix the rounding problem with 1/6 movement cost ships
9) SFB: Add EA types: Interceptor, Pallet, Non Weapon Pallet, Base
10) SFB: Re-add Center Warp Engine to the General filter in the Ship
Definition tool.
11) SFB: Add missing Omega Fighter weapons.
12) SFB: Alphabetize the Non-Weapon List for the fighters
13) SFB: Add X-Battery, X-AWR and X-APR boxes.
14) SFB: Add support for crew_units to be split into 3 parts. Crews
Units+Deck Crews+Replacement Crews.

Can the scroll-to-zoom option remember its setting?  Even using board->options->save settings, it still always defaults to on in a new room.  (It was originally supposed to default off, which would mostly just make complaining about this somebody else's problem - the setting should be savable).

Hmm,
It seems to be working now.  The saved setting didn't take until I restarted the client.  No need to worry about it.
