Changes:

1) SFB: Fix issue with the state of the mines (i.e. pseudo or real)
being shown.
2) FC: Fix issue with the Drone racks and Plasma launchers in the
weapons mounts.
3) FC: Fix issues with leak points.
4) FC: Fix problem with using more energy firing weapons than is
available.
5) FC: Fix problem with using more energy launching plasma than is
available.
6) FC: Change the naming convention for the seeking weapons to more
closely match the SFB naming convention.

That first one is nice... now that you mention it, I was having that issue with the Andro Playtest.
