Changes:

1) SFB: Fix the problem with the double entries when using the
Definition Tool filter feature.
2) SFB: Move the Enhanced Tachyosonic Beam, Enhanced Light Tachyosonic
Beam and Dissection Beam from the fighter box type list to the ship
box type list.
3) FC: Fix the Base Reactor from being hit on Any Weapon to Any Warp
4) FC: Fix the counter used for Romulan Shuttle
5) Core: Fixed the "Send Feedback" buttons being too large.
6) FC: Fix the launching of fighters to allow the facing to change
7) FC: Fix the cloak cost attribute.
8) Core: Change the "Ok" button to "Login" in the Login Window.
