Changes:

1) FC: Fix the problem with the Probe always being charged.
2) FC: Fix the problem with the Probe can not be changed state.
3) SFB: Add support for Death Bolt.
4) FC: End Of Turn Photon Overloading and Multi-turn Weapon
discharging fixed.
(Above this was released on Feb 16th)
5) SFB: Allow the launching of fighters in the Activity window.
6) FC: Reveal Energy after all Energy Allocations are submitted.
7) FC: Fixed the DCR for Fed FF and Klingon F5 to be 2.
8) SFB Tournament: Changed the EA to have separate lines for each
shuttle.
9) SFB: Added a "Total Power Left" to the EA.
7) Core: Change the library comparison to ignore double slashes and
double back-slashes.
8) SFB: Add support for Jindarian blank boxes.
9) SFB: Fix the list for NWO options.
