Changes:

1) Fix the problem with the scaled ship definitions and the boxes not
being drawn.
2) Fixed the problem with the monsters not having speed.
3) Added a Panel Calculator.
4) Change the "Remove" button to only prompts once when discarding
multiple pieces.
5) Change the selection groups to be available on the board in
addition to it being available in the Game Control.
6) Fixed the problem with the library seeking weapon counters showing
the counter for the first counter added.
7) Fixed the problem with the library shuttle counter not showing up
in the list of pieces and if the game is saved you will no longer be
able to open the game.
8) Add Multi-unit Shuttle/Fighter launch.
9) Fixed the D7 Fleet Phaser #2 to show up as a Phaser-1.
10) Added support for using the library in the SFB Tournament room.
11) Add "Delete" to the Edit menu to delete the selected pieces.
