1) SFB: Fix the problem with the summary feature of the Ship
Definition Tool and track boxes.
2) FC: Fix the problem with repainting when using the "Edit Ship"
feature.
3) SFB: Fix the problem with VRF not rounding up.
4) SFB: Add the Barbarian Power Options box.
5) SFB: Change the Mass Drivers to be hit on Drones instead of
Phasers.
6) SFB: Add Maghadim Laser Option Mount support
7) SFB Tourn: Add support for the option mounts for the Maghadim
8) Core: Resolve issue with loading games under Ubuntu Linux.
