Roommates are looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly roommate to fill in. $843 monthly.

- Walking distance from USF, Golden Gate, Park, laundry mat, cafes, Haight, etc.

- Rent includes water, pg&e. Garbage & Internet is split among roommates.

- Bright kitchen, Edwardian style home

- Rent is month to month

Hi Linda,

My name is Marlon Torres.  I'm a new transfer student.  I'm from the windy city. It got too windy, so I am moving to SF.  I went to school in Iowa for graphic design, but the corn there was overwhelming and I decided that I wanted to study photography and film, which is what brought me to SFAI.  Cooking, cycling, running, and yoga-ing are all verbs that I like to do.  I'm super passionate about food and culture as well.  I'm a tidy guy that is 20 years old. I've lived with roommates before in a house, so I know the ins and outs.  I have a solid credit report and I watch a lot of Doctor Who.
