Room share 5 blocks from school

I'm looking for two roommates to share a 144 sq ft room with walk in closet and bay windows for $970 each. It's a two bedroom apartment 5 blocks away from the chestnut campus in a very safe neighborhood that is easily accessible to the rest of the city with the 30, 47, and 49 bus stops on the corner. We have roof access, a backyard, large bathroom and living room, washer and dryer in the garage, and if you have a car you can get a spot in the garage. One year lease staring June 1st, I need to get people asap so let me know :)
