I am a 33 yr old grad student (female) with a nice little dog. I am looking for someone to take the place of my current roommate who is graduating in May. We have a wonderful new 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a great view. The lease is one yr and you will need to submit a credit check ($35 fee). Appliances are new and we have in unit laundry - yup, private laundry :)
Available June 1st. You will have your own room with large closet and private bath, as well as parking in the private garage. Oh, and a fireplace :) Please no smokers! 420 ok. Respectful/clean individual wanted. Male or female. This location is close to Balboa Park Bart and great for South Bay or downtown commute.
Across the street from an amazing park, it is 25 mins to downtown and 45 to Russian Hill on public transit.
Dogs are welcome!
