summer sublet in artists community downtown

Hi there

I am subletting my room for June & July (if need be possibly August) in an artists Live/ Work collective on Market and 6th right outside civic center bart station

The room is 450sq ft, 855$/mo rent plus 30-40 utilities, linoleum floors, track lighting and a sink.

There is a large work table and mini fridge that can be left & bedframe if needed.

 Men/womens bathrooms and shared shower/ kitchen for each floor. 

The room is on a floor of 16 artists, many sfai students and alum and a very friendly tight nit community.

Looking to fill the room ASAP

Hi

I am an exchange student from Glasgow school of art coming to SFAI between 11th August until the end of December. I was wondering if this sublet opportunity is still open for august as I am looking for a place to stay for a little while to get used to the city and find somewhere a little more permanent to live. I will be studying new genres and  am keen to meet lots of like minded artists while I am here. Please let me know.
