Photo MFA new to the city and looking for a place.

Hey everybody! I moved to the city two days ago from New York and I'm staying with my Aunt in San Mateo. Please please help me find a place and help me get out of suburbia. My only real criteria is that I'm looking to pay under $1300 a month and be biking distance from either/both campuses. I'm a clean well mannered and hard working guy who will probably spend far more time at school than at home. Write me back if you have any leads.
