This Sunday (May 12) our Club will host its first Bagel Brunch at the SF State trackafter our Sunday practice. The structure of the brunch is similar to SF Front Runners’ Bagel Brunch. However, ours is a potluck, which gives our members the opportunity to share their favorite foods with others. Below is a list of things we would like you to bring if you decide to attend. You will notice that each item has a group of letters (i.e. A-F) in front of it. If your last name starts with one of these letters, this is what we would like you to bring (i.e. Thomas Setser will bring Bagels, Veggies, and/or Cheese).

Wow. Last weeks sprinting made me remember I am not in college anymore. FAR
from it.
Jumping over a hurdle or two at my athletes track practice had me
desperately looking for some help by wednesday.
My first goal this season, which is my first season running sprints in 15

The SFT&FC Board has agreed to call an official end to the 2012 track season effective immediately. There will no longer be organized Sunday team practices until January, 2013. However, you're more than welcome to run on your own and we also encourage you to continue strength training in the gym.
