Hey Teammates,

I hope you're day is going well. I just wanted to remind you about our free Distance Clinic tomorrow at San Francisco State. More information about it can be found on our club website at www.sftrackandfield.com and our Facebook page.

Practice for non-distance runners will be offered as well. If you're planning to participate in the upcoming San Mateo meet in late May (some of us plan to participate), I courage you to attend some practices beforehand to reorient yourself to block starts, running multiple races, and other things related to competing in a meet.

Hope to see you all tomorrow at 10:00 am either for the distance clinic, or regular practice.
