Jellybean rule logic

Has anyone noticed that the rule logic under jellybean seems to be a little flawed?

I have two rules to activate 2 different profiles, one for when i'm at home and one for when i'm not at home...

I'm currently at home and BOTH rules are triggering...

Any ideas?

No idea, but my profiles would change (eg work → home, home → sleep) but not actually change any settings (eg phone/wireless off).

So I uninstalled and re-installed all working again.
