incoming phone call rule

i have several profiles, one is "work" setting ringer volumes ect.. another is "work ring" setting to a different ringtone. i set up a rule that when incoming phone call comes from a group it's suppose to active "work ring" but it doesn't do it and just sends my phone to vibrate..... any help? it used to work on my old htc evo but now i have htc one vx and change from sprint to att and now my old rules don't work..... ugh! i'm thinking of looking for something else

Probably best to look elsewhere as this app seems to have been abandoned. The last update a few months ago is buggy and I haven't read where anyone has been able to get support. Too bad as it was a really nice app.
