Dear Coordinator,

Due to heavy rain over the past two days ,most of the areas in chennai are submerged in water. Travelling in such worst conditions will be difficult for the students.

Kindly cancel the classes on this weekend.

Requesting for such a favour so that many students who might not come tomorrow due to rain will not be missing there class if its postponed.
