Latest version of Server2Go (1.8.2) running on Windows XP (Service Pack 3) leaves Apache and MySQL processes running despite being shut down from the system tray. I say system tray because I also ran into a bug where Server2Go shuts down almost as soon as it starts when viewed via IE 8.0 so had to make modifications to the INI file to keep it active. Have also tried using Firefox Portable and it still leaves orphaned processes...
