No new features will be added between now and 2.0.  The only work left
to be done is some major updates to the documentation, as well as
fixing any bugs found between now and release.  Documentation is
something that everyone can help out with if they have time, so send
me documentation patches and pull requests if you want to help.

Please test the master branch with your app and report any breakage
not relating to the removal of deprecated methods.  If you think you
really need a deprecated method and don't want to update your app,
this is ruby, just add the deprecated method to your app and remove
the deprecation warnings.
