Has anyone else had any issues with 1.0.1... It works fine until it crashes and must corrupt its config as it never works properly again. I've tried reinstalling and it still fails... I've had to revert back to 0.9.9.1 now.
After a crash it doesn't load any databases, you can refresh databases and it will load them, you select a database and it says loading before crashing out. Otherwise you get notices about not having privileges but I know this isn't the case as its fine on 0.9.9.1 and was fine before the crash.
Connecting over SSH using localhost (127.0.0.1) DB and secure keys. I'm running OSX 10.8.2.

I'm pretty sure it's SequelPro as I can do all the standard querying on the query screen (show databases, show tables, etc) and 0.9.9.1 works a treat.

Any ideas?

Hi Russell,

We haven't heard any other reports of this, and we'd love to know more. Could you contact <sequ...@northofthree.com> with some extra information - things like the MySQL server version and database encoding, together with some of the crash details if you have them to hand?

Or if you could raise an issue on the project ( http://code.google.com/p/sequel-pro/issues/entry ) that'd be much appreciated :)

Thanks!
Rowan

Hi, I am also having a TON of trouble with Sequel Pro 1.0.1 for Mac crashing on me. It is not consistent. Sometimes Sequel Pro works very well, other times, within the same session, it will crash over and over again. I would say the crash to fine ratio is 50/50. I have also reinstalled it, updated it, tried to figure out ways to hack around the problem by using terminals.

Why would Sequel Pro crash sometimes and not others? It does not crash for anyone else in my office and we are all dealing with large data sets.

I have the latest MacBook Air: version 10.8.3

What could be going on?

Thanks for any advice you may have.
