Links in Widgets - Still Unclear.

About 6 months ago Matt Cutts released a video blog post about links in
widgets where he recommended that all sites that distribute widgets
ensure the links are no followed.
I use an MSN weather feed on my site and within that several of the links, link back to MSN, for example "Detailed 10 day forecast", "More information at MSN weather" "Monday Weather" etc. maybe 10 links tottal
Do i need to no follow these links?
