Google dancing

My keywords are dancing since 23 days , and now these are at down positions , is it possible they came back , and what i should do during dancing

Not sure what you mean by "since23 days".
Google did have the Penguin change on April 24th. Which had more to do with on page over optimization on a site.
You may have overly optimized or spammy content on your site? Avoid miss-spellings of the keyword on the page (over-optimizing)
There is not much to do during this dancing as you call it. After a Google update it takes a few days to a few weeks for things to normalize.
And since SEO has become more prominent over the past few years, everyone else is trying to update their sites at the same time, so normalization may take a little longer.

Leave your sites in peace for a moment, yours site could be overwhelmed with google, let it settle then 10-15 back links a day .add fresh content, ping
