The big speculation over @ Webmasterworld is that the Google Toolbar will no longer actually SHOW the pagerank.  But I haven't heard anything about a massive PR shuffle or algo update

There was suggestions from seo's about not having the toolbar but
thats all they were. I cant see google loosing it.
