Changing parameters of device feeds

Hope someone can explain how to do this as I think I'm not seeing the
woods for the trees.
So I created a new channel, added a device and within that have 10
data feeds. At the time when I created this I didn't set up things
like units and max / min value ranges for 8 of the feeds (just wanted
to try things out). What I'm trying to do is go back and and edit
those feeds and set the relevant units etc for it all.
My expectation is I'd go my devices > [In my case plant data] >
profile settings and then within the feeds there would be some kind of
edit function.
I've looked around elsewhere but nothing jumped out at me as the right
place to change it?

On the profile page of the device you should have a 'Change device
settings' link to do so (just underneath the name of the device).
