Can TSE Pro be run as a singleton and subsequent invocation of it
(from command line) will load the file to be edited into the ring
buffer?

Yes.
Set Options, Full Configuration, System/File Options, Single Instance 'On'.

If you just want it set for a session (you do not want a permanent option):

g32 -1 somefile

To load another file into that instance:

g32 -1 anotherfile

Yes.
Set Options, Full Configuration, System/File Options, Single Instance
'On'.

If you just want it set for a session (you do not want a permanent
option):

g32 -1 somefile

To load another file into that instance:

g32 -1 anotherfile
