Seeing inconsistent results when running a test suite with a large number of test cases in Selenium IDE

Has anyone had any issues in running a very large test suite (+1000
test cases) in Selenium IDE? I seem to find inconsistent test runs
and results in that tests that pass in one run may not pass in the
second run. I start each test suite run from a known initialized
state.

From my experience with Selenium IDE that would mean that you need to do some waitForElementPresent commands. You should be more specific, are the tests failing because an element isn't available that the test is expecting should be?
