try adding :uber -

./go //java/server/src/org/openqa/grid/web/servlet/alpha:SnitchServlet:uber

although I'm not sure how this would work if you don't have a build.desc in your alpha folder...
i do not enjoy crazy-fun.

Also, I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish... but have you seen this?

So i used a clean VM to start from scratch. I was able to build the selenium server: yeah.
Next problem: I want to extend the server with a new Servlet.


But when I try to make the NewServlet.jar using ./go i ran into the following error:
