I'm also attaching a failing test case for the HTML sample above. The test
works in FirefoxDriver (most of the time) but not in HtmlUnitDriver.

Can the issue be reopened?

Use of the `title` attribute is discouraged:
http://www.paciellogroup.com/blog/2013/01/using-the-html-title-attribute-updated/

As others have noted, a tooltip can be made with a div and z-order.

Therefore I think that "WontFix" is fine.

Hi all,

I've to perform the same actions for my test case.
But, I'm not sure how I can exactly make sure if the text is displayed
after keeping the mouse on the tooltip.

Anyone who has any idea about this?
