Hey third party dev folks - we have a preview of the new API server
running and would like for you all to give it a test so 1) you can
help see all the wonderful bugs we left in for you to discover and 2)
you can test your code against it before we make it public.

Now this is not just a simple URL change for the api server - that
wouldn't be any fun ;)

Details:

  - The API server is at http://foo.seesmic.com
  - If you made reference to app2.seesmic.com you should remove that
as all calls are now handled via the API (app2 was a direct link to
the java service itself.)
  - All thumbnails are now being handled by http://t.seesmic.com (if
you get some 404's that's ok - we are  doing bulk moves now)
  - All media is being handled by http://v.seesmic.com (but some of
the older files may still reference fms3)
  - The recording server is http://r.seesmic.com - you need to record
using this server otherwise it will not appear in your timeline.

Now this is an early look for your benefit - please don't advertise
this to anyone except your testers and we may be tweaking servers and
endpoints all weekend, so if it's down just give it a couple minutes.
